Let’s face it, eating the same thing every day can be tiring. Especially when you are gifting your body with as many servings of veggies as you do! Let’s add some variety to your next meal and try some new vegetables!
VEGETABLE TOUR GOAL
Try 10 new veggies over the course of 10 weeks!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- At your next appointment, let your coach know you’d like to participate.
- Each week try a new veggie (you can try more than 1 in a week) & find a recipe to pair it with!
- At your next appointment, bring in each recipe you tried and give it to your coach.
- They will then ask you to rate the recipe in two categories: Ease of preparation & tastiness!
- Submit 10 recipes over the course of 10 weeks and you’ll receive a special prize!
SUMMER TOUR REWARDS:
Our thank you for participating in our summer tour and trying 10 new veggies will be a free mini massage as a non-food reward! Each individual who completes 10 recipes over the course of 10 weeks will be eligible for this prize.
In addition, our panel of judges will select 3 recipes to be featured in our upcoming newsletters! Credit will be awarded if you choose to do so.
