Use the NEW Ideal Protein Tools
New this summer, the Ideal Scale and Smart Band work together to track your steps, heart rate, calories burned, and much more. With the ability to share data with your coach, these innovative tools puts you in direct control of your goals. In addition, Ideal Protein has come up with a new digital application to record and monitor your food intake right on your phone, anytime – 24/7. This new journal app is available in the iTunes App Store, get the free download today. Helpful hint: The journal app is available starting May 15.
Plan Your Meals
With all the summer activities, it is easy to slip up on your meal plans and go for what’s convenient. Instead, plan and prepare your meals and snacks for a grab-and-go approach. Take time on Sunday evenings to bake, cut, chop, bag, and pack your meals for the week. When your schedule gets crazy, keep plenty of IP replacement meals and snacks in your purse so you never miss a meal. Helpful hint: To keep your lettuce fresh, wrap in aluminum foil before storing in the refrigerator.
Spruce Up Your Water
As part of the diet, water intake is critical to your success. As the sun gets higher in the sky, treat your thirst with infused water. It is simple, just add a few slices of cucumber to a tall pitcher of water and enjoy. Perhaps you prefer mint, then muddle a mint springs in the bottom of your glass, add ice, and pour fresh water on top for a real summer treat. Helpful hint: Use any IP-approved fresh vegetable or herb to inspire and infuse your next glass of water. Also, try the Ideal Protein Water Enhancers – our favorite is the mangosteen flavor!
As you head out this summer, dedicate yourself to your Ideal Protein goal and reap the rewards of your continued transformation! You’ve got this; just walk into the backyard barbecue with your held high, a confidence in your step, and an IP snack in your purse.
