Can you believe that it’s September already? This summer has flown by and we hope it has been filled with lots of family time at the beach, barbecues with friends, vacations, and relaxation.
Now that fall is starting and (dare we say it) the holidays are approaching, it’s time to get serious about our health. Many people gain weight during the summer, which is expected, but it’s important to get back on track and refocus our minds and bodies on becoming healthier.
Getting back into dieting is never easy – I know that. But I always feel better, both physically and mentally, once I get into the swing of things. So, if you started Ideal Protein and did not finish, or if you are on maintenance and need a Tune Up, now’s the time to do it. Your body needs it, your mind needs it, you need it.
Please do not be embarrassed or afraid to come back. We know that weight gain is natural for the body and weight loss is not; that is why it’s difficult to lose and maintain. For that reason, we will not judge you or yell at you for gaining weight – we just want to help you get back on track before those few pounds turn into 20+ pounds.
